Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Crafted Connections Pro subscriptions and Boost purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle's handling of refunds is described in Paddle's Refund Policy.

You can also cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the Manage billing option on the Pro page — cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
